Teacher Appreciation Week!
For over 30 years, the Education Foundation of Sarasota County has supported students and teachers because education transforms lives. 1. Eligibility: The Education Foundation of Sarasota County “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing” is open to current Sarasota County Instructional Staff as defined by the HR Department of Sarasota County Schools, a public school district. Entrants must be currently employed as of the date of award. Instructional Staff are Board appointed employees for Sarasota County Schools and does not include substitute teachers. This “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing” is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Education Foundation of Sarasota County employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing.”
2. Sponsorship. The sponsor is the Education Foundation of Sarasota County (“Sponsor”), located at 1960 Landings Blvd. Suite 120, Sarasota, FL 34231. Sponsor will conduct the “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing” using unrestricted funds in its operating account. The value of the drawings will not exceed $2500. The drawing will take place between May 1, 2023 and May 5, 2023 with multiple winners selected. No purchase or contribution is necessary.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing,” the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing,” You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this “Teacher Appreciation Week Drawing.”
