Welcome Teachers!

Teachers, we support you because we understand that passionate, inspired, caring educators profoundly change the lives of their students. We also understand that teaching today poses many challenges. We want to assist you, and we want to celebrate the hard work you do every day. That’s why we’ve created a grant program that teachers and schools can use to develop new, engaging educational opportunities and to acquire innovative equipment and supplies. We provide teacher resources and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons to help students negotiate an increasingly uncertain world. And our IGNITE Teacher of the Year Awards, we celebrate exceptional teachers at all grade levels in Sarasota County Schools.
