Growing up, you may have had a special adult in your life that believed in you, helped you prepare to find a job, or guided you through the process of applying for college.

Mentoring matters. You can be that special adult that makes a difference in a student’s life.

By supporting a student in working toward a goal, communicating regularly and positively, listening in a non-judgmental way, and building a lasting relationship, you could help guide a young person to that pinnacle.
