STRIVE Awards
Congratulations to Our Class of 2026 STRIVE Award Recipients!
The annual STRIVE Award Celebration honors juniors and seniors in eight high schools in the Sarasota County Schools district. These extraordinary students have demonstrated resilience and grit to overcome challenges in school and their personal lives to make significant improvements as they strive for success.
Teachers, counselors, and principals nominate five seniors and five juniors from each school. Seniors receive $1,000 each to award their accomplishments; juniors receive a $100 award.
