We want students in Sarasota County Schools to have the learning opportunities and the tools that will prepare them to succeed in an ever-changing world. That’s why we provide schoolwide grants that administrators can use to meet the unique needs of their student body and their teachers. Our grants have helped schools enhance their robotics program, stage a new play, or start an enterprise for students with learning differences. Our schoolwide grants have profoundly affected the lives of so many students. They present a great opportunity to move schools toward a 21-century learning environment.

The Thinker | Up to $250
Is your classroom in need of some new supplies or support projects? This grant is for you!

The Collaborator | Up to $5,000
Four or more teachers must collaborate to receive this high-impact grant. This grant can be shared by grade level or content area.

The Transformer | School-wide up to $10,000
Are you a teacher with BIG IDEAS? This grant is for you! Involving school-wide collaboration and cross-disciplinary learning, you will need principal approval for this one.
