What is the event schedule?
Friday, January 18, 2019 – 4:00pm-9pm (Mentors check in at 4:00pm, Students check in at 5:00pm)
Saturday, January 19, 2019 – 8am-8pm
Sunday, January 20, 2019 – 8am-8pm (Final presentations 5-7:30pm, Pitch Party 7:30-8pm)
Am I required to be there all weekend
Students and mentors are required to commit to the entire weekend. If you cannot commit to serve as a mentor for the full event, please consider signing up as a Shared Services mentor or event volunteer.
Will food be provided?
Yes, all meals and snacks will be provided. If your student has an allergy or special dietary restriction, please bring your own food.
Will transportation be provided?
A private bus will be available to bring students to and from the event at four designated pick-up/drop-off locations. More information will be provided after applications close.
