Double your Donation
The Education Foundation of Sarasota County is excited to announce a dollar-for-dollar match.
Right now, with your help, the Education Foundation of Sarasota County can make TWICE the impact with students and teachers right here in our community. As champions of education, we can respond to students’ and teachers’ unique needs in focused ways that other organizations cannot.
We’re challenging good friends like you to help us make a difference for the teachers and students in Sarasota County Schools. If you give by December 31, 2022, we’ll match your gift, thanks to a generous anonymous donor up to $100,000. You’ll help us make twice the impact in the lives of our teachers and students.
The need to prepare each and every student to thrive in life after high school has never been more urgent. We are uniquely positioned to support and celebrate teachers and to develop new opportunities for students and help them hone the skills and abilities to navigate a fast-moving, complex world more intentionally and successfully.
Our hope is to inspire others who share our passion for this work. Together, we will double our resources and impact to help those students and teachers who need it most in our community.
Your gift to the Impact Matching Gift Challenge doubles to help students like Gabriel Cordero, a first-generation college student who aspires to pursue engineering at a prestigious college. He has attended valuable workshops and accessed one-on-one advising with a Student Success Coach as he plans and prepares.
Your gift to the Impact Matching Gift Challenge doubles to help teachers like Mrs. Reisigner, who purchased Legos to teach storytelling at Taylor Ranch Elementary School. She wants to make learning more imaginative, hands-on, and fun. Your generosity makes innovative lessons for Mrs. Reisigner and her students possible.
Will you help us meet the unique needs of students at every step of their K – 12 journeys so they can graduate equipped to thrive? Will you help us support and celebrate remarkable teachers who inspire a lifelong love of learning?
