Description:

The Big Bill Foundation was created to honor Bill Robinson, the co-founder of Fit2Run, in 2020, after his passing from Leukemia. Bill’s passion for sport, the community, and his family was evident to anyone who knew him, along with his amazing leadership and mentorship abilities. The mission of The Big Bill Foundation is to provide scholarships to youth who have battled childhood cancer or other life-threatening illnesses.

Scholarship Qualifications & Requirements:

● Must be of college or high school age
● Must have battled childhood cancer or another life-threatening illness in their youth
● Must be actively or planning on pursuing some sort of secondary education after high school
● Must Provide an essay that is at least 500 words based on the following prompt: Please describe how cancer or a life-threatening illness during your childhood has impacted your life and shaped your goals for the future in both education and in general.
