Open to high school students in Charlotte, DeSoto, Manatee and Sarasota counties who meet one or more of the following: Donate blood 3 or more times to SCBB during their senior year, volunteer a minimum of 30 hours with SCBB during their senior year and have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
