Electrician Apprenticeship
Description: The apprenticeship combines on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
Duration: The apprenticeship requires 4 years (8000) hours of classroom and work experience. Each year an apprentice completes 144 hours of classroom/lab work for a 4-year total of 576 hours at Manatee Technical College or Suncoast Technical College. The apprenticeship requires on-the-job training with a participating, licensed electrical contractor.
