“It takes a village to raise a child.” To some, the familiar adage is a cliché.
To me, it’s a relevant depiction of our leadership team’s support of classroom teachers and students who have been entrusted to the care of “our village” — our school.
When team members, regardless of titles, work together with mutual respect to focus on what’s needed to propel every child forward, we are following the same model that caring families use to raise their children, essentially becoming their second “family.”
